What is BeMyCourier?
BeMyCourier is a peer-to-peer delivery app. It connects people who need to send something abroad with verified travellers who are already flying to that destination and have spare luggage space.
Where does BeMyCourier work?
Anywhere people fly. As long as a traveller on the platform is flying your route, your package can go with them. The busier the route, the more travellers you'll find.
Is the app free to download?
Yes. BeMyCourier is free on the App Store and Google Play. Senders pay the delivery fee agreed with the traveller plus a small platform fee. Travellers keep the delivery fee they set.

How do I send a package?
Post your package in the app with a photo, size, weight, pick-up and drop-off cities and your deadline. Travellers on that route send you offers, or you can browse trips and request one directly. Accept the offer that suits you, then arrange hand-over through in-app chat.
How much does it cost?
Travellers set a price per kilogram. You see the full price before accepting, including a 1% BeMyCourier platform fee. For example, 2 kg at $20/kg is $40 plus a $0.40 platform fee.
Can a traveller buy something for me abroad?
Yes. You can post an item from a store in another city, for example a product only sold in New York, and a traveller can pick it up and bring it to you on their way.
How do I know where my package is?
Every order has live status updates in the app, from picked up to delivered, and you can message your traveller at any time.

How do I earn as a traveller?
List your upcoming trip with your departure, arrival, date and how much space you have. Senders on your route can request your space, or you can make offers on packages that are already posted. You get paid when you deliver.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. You choose what you carry. Review each package, ask questions in chat, and only accept items you're comfortable with.
Should I check what's inside a package?
Always. Never carry a sealed package you haven't inspected. You're responsible for what's in your luggage at customs and security, so see the item before it's packed.

Payments & safety
How do payments work?
Senders pay securely by card in the app when they accept an offer. Payments stay inside BeMyCourier, so there is no need to exchange cash or bank details with someone you've just met.
What if my package isn't delivered?
If an order isn't delivered to its destination within the agreed time, BeMyCourier's money-back guarantee applies. Contact support from the order screen and our team will help.
How are users verified?
Users build a profile with identity verification, trip and package history, and ratings from previous deliveries, so you can see who you're dealing with before you agree to anything.
What can't I send?
Anything illegal, dangerous or restricted by airlines or customs, such as weapons, explosives, flammable items, drugs, counterfeit goods and undeclared cash. See our What you can send page for the full list.
